Marley is saying on the quote on page 17 that he used the world’s people to feed his profitable business. He used people’s feelings, peoples generosity to get his own money. That is at least what I think. The way Marley did business got him landed where he is, as a specter, an apparition. He was warning Scrooge that if he did not change the way he did business, he too would end up as a ghost like Marley.

What does forbearance mean? Whatever it means, it will probably have to do with the way that people act pertaining to Marley’s business.

This quote could also be interpreted that he used people in a positive way. I do not think that is the case, though.

Last week, famous tennis player Andre Agassi was tested positive for meth use sometime during his reign as one of the best tennis players in the history of the game.

I was like, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!??!!!

He was one of my favorite players, and just like that he is now poop to me. I don’t even care about him any more.

I will tell you all this now, if you really want to lose someones respect, especially mine, then go ahead and do drugs. But if you don’t, don’t even mess around!

Wait, slow down. My sister annie is home from college for a couple of days. She is like the sun, it effects everyone in a wide radius. To put in teenager words, she is awesome!

Jonas’ Relationship with the Giver

I think that Jonas’ relationship with the Giver is somewhat like the relationship between my older sister Meg and I. I love her deeply, and we get along nicely while having some fun. Sometimes, however, I do not understand her actions. I should expect this because she is a girl and four years older than me.

The thing that bothers me especially is her mood swings. One second we are having fun and laughing, and another she says she hates me. We can both be in the Giver’s shoes or Jonas’ at any given time. But in the end she is still amazing.

Wow, I finally added my first post! So just remember this site, you might want to bookmark it or something. I can guarantee one thing, this blog is gonna be awesome!
